Taking action

All day long we, as humans, are engaging in action – sometimes habitually, sometimes mindlessly, sometimes purposefully. Through ACT, we will set goals based on your values. The goals you develop will be personally meaningful and fulfilling because they are rooted in what is important to you. You will learn how to turn your goals into actions that you can do right now and in the future. And no matter how many times you get off track, you will develop the skills to return back to your roadmap time and time again to use your values and actions to get back on the path that is meaningful for you.
